Sorry, i thoght someone else would have started answering this by now.
Sorry for the delay.

umm the main Ubuntu taskbar at the top of the screen can be moved by
right-clicking on it and selecting the 'Allow Panel to be moved' then
simply drag it out the way although it doesnt actually move until your
mouse arrow is really close to the middle of one side of the screen or
the other.  Hopefully that gives enough room for you to grab the
Mozillas title bar and drag it down and hopefully allow you to make the
mozilla window much smaller than the screen size - hopefully small
enough so that you can put the Ubuntu taskbar bak and still have plenty
of space left over.

Alternatively if you can see the Ubuntu taskbar at the bottom then you
could right-click on the Mozilla button or whatever its called and then
select one of the options that looks best to you.  Perhaps 'Always On
Top' would allow you to adjust the size of the mozilla window so that
its much much smaller than the screen size.
