Confirmed. This is currently occuring on Jaunty as of 13/02/09. What
happens is that the user selects to install NTP, but the time and date
GUI does not correctly update itself to show that condition. It forces
the user into a non-intuitive process of exiting the time and date GUI,
and re-entering the GUI, to now see the correct NTP version of the GUI
be displayed. The workflow should automatically adjust to the NTP
condition.
