Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

I was checking that orca was installed in Xubuntu for a user that relies
on it but currently uses Ubuntu/Gnome and is considering switching to
Xubuntu. I found that it fails to start.

$ apt-cache policy gnome-orca
gnome-orca:
  Installed: 2.26.0-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 2.26.0-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 2.26.0-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Using Xubuntu 9.04 alpha 32-bit, orca fails to start. Trying to start it
from the command line reveals:

$ orca
