Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: qct

The file '/etc/mercurial/hgrc.d/commit-tool.rc' is still there after
'aptitude purge qct'.

Then if you run 'hg' you always get an error like this as the first
output line:

*** failed to import extension hgext/hct: Import by filename is not
supported.

This is just annoying, but it doesn't have other effects AFAIK. The
workaround is simply removing the config file. I think that the package
should do this automatically upon installation.
