Solution (maybe not good idea): upgrade linux kernel to 2.6.29 version
from here http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.29/
with 2.6.29 linux kernel ALL OK! (like with 2.6.27 in Hardy)
