Regarding the mark, I guess you mean:
- Sistema -> Administración -> Soporte de idiomas.
Para mis meńus y ventanas, usar: Español; Castellano (España).
Para cualquiera en el inicio y entrada, usar: Español; Castellano (España).
Instalar/Eliminar idiomas...
English ,/ (mark, not dash '-')
Spanish; Castilian ,/ (mark, not dash '-')
All other languages are unselected.
That's what I have.
LiveCD session booted from USB also has the same problem.
