** Description changed:

i am unable to mount Removable Media. type of media; pendrive, card reader,
external hard disk.
everytime i plugged the media, an error occurs which state 'Cannot mount
volume. You are not privileged to mount this volume.'
i tried to plug an external CD-ROM drive and it can mount as pernormal.

  <--- tried to mount by Terminal;

  mizzud...@linuxrules:~$ sudo mount /computer:///
  mount: can't find /computer:/// in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab

  mizzud...@linuxrules:~$ sudo mount computer:///
  mount: can't find computer:/// in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab

  mizzud...@linuxrules:~$ mount /dev/sdb1
mount: only root can mount /dev/sdb1 on /media/bro

<--- the /media/bro ??? no media were named 'bro'

  mizzud...@linuxrules:~$ sudo mount /dev/sdb1
  NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdb1': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/sdb1' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?
  mizzud...@linuxrules:~$

i have tried to format the pen drive using Windows and GParted partition
editor to fat32 with no positive result
