Thanks for the answer, but I found an other solution.

I've got Kubuntu too, and I found how to desactivate the Pidgin update
(I found a way to update on Kubuntu with an other "update manager" but I
can't remember it's name). And all operated now.

I wanted to update Pidgin because he couldn't log on after the update to
Ubuntu 9.04. But the same day, I got an other modem (the Neufbox from
SFR) and it has got two "connections". After resolving my bug, I just
change the "connection" I used. Pidgin can't log on one of the
"connections".
