This video plays fine for me on my Thinkpad T61p. How did you install flash, and which package(s)? I see that there is a new "flashplugin-installer" package. I haven't tried it, since I long ago I installed the 64 bit version directly from Adobe (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/), but you certainly do not want the old, 32-bit, wrapped, bug-ridden, package on either Intrepid or Jaunty.
