ueagle-atm works fine. 
you only need to configure ppp with pppoa, for example in the file 
/etc/ppp/peers/provider (attachment)

and you need the user and password in the file /etc/ppp/chap-secrets in
this format:

"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" * "password" *

where [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the same in /etc/ppp/peers/provider (first
line)

$ sudo pon  
for connection

$ sudo poff -a
for disconnect
