The tarball is a binary release. There's no source, and no license info. In the bug tracker (http://fold.it/portal/node/712386), one of the project admins stated this: "The game currently does not need any sort of licence merely to use, i.e. you are free to play and redistribute the executable. The source code is not currently under distribution so it does not have a public licence as such."
