Sorry, What "missing information" exactly is wanted? (There's quite a few "previous comments" from different people!)
Sources.list is attached. apt-cache policy gives: Installed: 4:4.2.90-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1 but then, that's almost certainly a different version than what I had when I filed the bug.
