Deffinately a 'paper cut'. One of the 'I clicked on it, but nothing's happening' stories. The moment I have to say Alt+Tab, it's too late. P.S. I think it's Gnome, 'cause it happens also when opening a file in the browser. E.g. torrent file in Epiphany, Deluge just waits for user imput while I user has no idea that that is the case.
