Hi, I have an Acer Aspire 4520, just yesterday I have installed Jaunty (at last), and I've tried the Mike's solution and it works!!! The in- built mic now works although the sound is some crash. My laptop has an AMD Athlon X2 processor and a nVidia chipset, the sound card is Realtek. BTW i am using the AMD64 version. Thanks you so much...
