Thanks for the update on this bug -- I forgot to add here that I discovered that you CAN now see hardware compatibility database submissions (aka info from checkbox https://launchpad.net/checkbox )-- use the following url: https://launchpad.net/~your-launchpad-name/+hwdb- submissions
SO mine is: https://launchpad.net/~tommy-trussell/+hwdb-submissions I don't know how long this has been true, but I can see see reports going back to June 2008, on a system running Ubuntu 8.04. It would be nice if the checkbox app would show a link to the reports after they're filed, because I bet lots of folks aren't aware of this launchpad service.
