Funny, after copying the mentioned DVD on the 32 bit system, I tried another DVD on it and now it brings up the same complaint.
I forgot before to attach the screenshot. Here is the one from the 32 bit system. Is there some diagnostic utility that can tell if a DVD is copy protected ?
