This is an ongoing but intermittent problem. I am running 9.04 (32-bit) and FUSA was working fine until the updates last week. I don't know for sure that the problem was caused by the particular patches, however, as it was also the most recent time I've had to reboot (there was a kernel update last week). So it might have been some previous set of patches/updates that caused it but only after a reboot.
