Fail, I think. There is nothing worse than Ubuntu`s (yes, yes! "The most user-friendly distribution in the world", "Linux for human beings" haha) bugtracker. It is a BIG problem for Eastern Europe, for example - as already noticed, to connect to internet user must download 2 files from it. And really, it is a HUGE problem for all people that have PPTP internet connection.
