In the future please file separate issues as separate bugs. Launchpad
does not provide an easy way to break a single bug into multiple ones.
Can you please try with usb-creator 0.2.5? Some lost code to properly
set the boot flag on the partition and write an additional bit of boot
code to the MBR was re-added in that release. Let me know via this bug
if that fixes the issue for you.
