coreutils upstream has been changed to add, at the last line on the '--
help' option, for all utilities: it now displays a line stating:
For complete documentation, run: info coreutils '<blahblah>
invocation'
where <blahblah> is the utility name.

I am not sure we will get this on Karmic, though.
