Dear Chris, Thank you for answering. I have not installed the ppa, nor have the new Ubuntu Karmic.
I have tried to install but it says that the key with the command: sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 1024R/247D1CFF is invalid......everything else works on adding the ppa to Ubuntu. Any way, just a moment ago, the software actualizer (sorry if it is not the correct word, I am spanish language man) says that there is software actualization for Open Office, I am dowloading it, and when it is ready, I will let you know.
