Or maybe not. Full PPTP support is only 200k (compressed) and:
1) Manually installing a deb is not as user-friendly as having support just 
there when you need it.
2) I usually don't know all the networks I'll want my netbook to connect to at 
install time (and I don't carry round the ISO round with my netbook).
