Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: devicekit-power

In Ubuntu 9.04, it was possible to press a button that would dismiss the
"Battery may be damaged" dialog box from showing in the future. In 9.10,
this option was removed. This isn't a huge problem, but it's slightly
annoying to see the box on every startup.
