OK, it appears there's an issue with some browsers not falling back to
IPv4 when IPv6 fails, which is arguably correct. Firefox falls back, and
so this isn't an issue there. However, as a workaround, you can comment
out the line in your /etc/hosts file for ::1 localhost (the IPv6 line),
and then the authorization process should be completable. Or when the
error comes up with localhost, you can alter the URL in-place in the
Epiphany location bar to use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost. Sorry for
any inconvenience this might cause.

As for the Ubuntu One website it self rendering odd, it generally looks
as ok as it does in Firefox for me, with Epiphan+webkit.
