I just installed jaunty (before i used win xp), i wanted to add medibuntu repository, so I went to the site, and followed the instructions:
Go to terminal, and type/paste in: sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list \ --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list && sudo apt-get -q update && sudo apt-get --yes -q --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring && sudo apt-get -q update after that the terminal asks for my password, but it wont let me type/paste in anything. Think that's all the info I can give Thank you in forward! -- can't type in password for terminal https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/331814 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
