The problem is that if I not execute workaround script I'm not able to
activate my wifi interface. So I guess it is not Network manager bug
because it is trying to activate interface automaticaly but it is not
possible before executing workaround script. So maybe there is problem
between wifi kernel module kernel and rfkill because I think it is
executed every time wifi should be activated. If all this work does some
script then error could be there. But it is only my idea I don't know
wifi activation process completely.  A read somewhere that kernel since
2.6.30 are affected. And it is not only Ubuntu problem.
