Public bug reported:

This bug has been reported several times during the last few days on the Grisbi
butracking system.
>From the backtraces I could get, it seems to me that it is a bug in gtk.
It has been encountered by several Ubuntu Karmic users (not in older versions),
as well as by Mandriva 2010 and Fedora 11 users.

When the following instruction is called :

if ( strlen ( g_strstrip ( (char *) gtk_entry_get_text ( GTK_ENTRY (
entree_no_rapprochement )))))

and the "entree_no_rapprochement" field is empty (contains no text),
grisbi crashes with a segfault.

The segfault actually occurs in a memmove call generated by g_strchug.

I can add more information such as package versions, backtrace, etc. if
needed.

** Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
