0.9.7-2 is now in Debian and can be synced. It is not in testing yet
because of a dependency issue on one architecture, which shouldn't
affect Ubuntu.

The Ubuntu changes can be dropped. One of them was made to resolve a no-
longer-relevant FTBFS in Ubuntu (0.9.7-2 builds in Lucid as is), and the
other was made for a binary package no longer provided by libvncserver
(x11vnc is now packaged separately, and we should sync it after updating
this one).

debian/changelog entries since the current Ubuntu release:

libvncserver (0.9.7-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * QA upload.
   * Don't build linuxvnc on non-linux architectures (Closes: #542592).
   * Add a debian/README.source.
