It appears that your copy of libtommath0 is corrupted somehow since the
installation log says the file libtommath.so.0.0.39 is empty although
the file as shipped in the original package is not empty. Please purge
libtommath0 and then try to install it again: sudo dpkg -P libtommath0
followed by apt-get install libtommath0
