Please sync yap 5.1.3-4 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only delta was to add the flag -fno-stack-protector to fix a FTBFS
The current version builds correctly w/o it.  
See attached build and install logs. 

Changelog entries since current lucid version 5.1.3-3ubuntu1:

yap (5.1.3-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Build-depend on libreadline-dev, instead of libreadline5-dev.
  * Standards-Version 3.8.3 (no change)
  * Added a file README.source
  * Remove build-dependency on ncurses-dev since we do not need it.
