I think that I'm also affected with this bug. Sometimes oowriter crashes at startup. It has also crashed when I did basic editing of text, eg right-clicking on a misspelled word or even when I tried to ad a space between two words. I have also had problems copying text of around 45 lines to Firefox (oowriter crashes when I press Ctrl-V in FF).
