No Sir, I don't get the same options as in the image attached to your reply. I only get what I have posted. If further information might help, I installed Ubuntu on Windows XP (SP 3). I tried transferring my contacts from g-mail but failed. When I restarted the Ubuntu failed to start. I was advising my friends to start installing this 'superb' system but now I feel sorry for what I did. Sorry for bothering you.
