Not being able to run kgpg effectively eliminates the ability to manage
keys using the GUI.
For most users that eliminates the ability to work with GnuPG / PGP at
all. So if they have 'upgraded' from a working system, this becomes a
complete denial of service for all incoming e-mail encrypted with PGP.
It also denies the ability to sign outgoing messages and thus is a
complete denial of service for any destinations or activities that
required signed messages.
Please at least get it working for the LTS Release 10.04.
