Please sync libopensync-plugin-irmc 0.22-3.1 (universe) from Debian
testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu change has been icorporated into the latest debian version:
* Build-Depend on libbluetooth-dev instead of libbluetooth2-dev

  * Non-maintainer upload.
