Please sync nagios-nrpe 2.12-4 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu changes have been incorporated into the latest version:
This was explicitly mentioned in the ubuntu changelog and confirmed
in the debian changelog: * Fix bashism (Closes: #530149).

nagios-nrpe (2.12-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Build against libwrap0-dev (Closes: #412705)
  * Remove 'last modified header' from nrpe config (Closes: #499280)
