I had a similar problem with a Winfast Leadtek PVR 2000. In 9.04 everything worked out fine. Upgrade to 9.10 and neither Mythtv, Tvtime or Xawtv could scan channels. It appears that the tuner is no longer responding and cannot change channels. Did a fresh install with 9.10 with updates and had the same issue.
