Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
The <application>Import</application> screen should be shown. If it is
not, press
<menuchoice><guimenuitem>File</guimenuitem><guimenuitem>Import...</guimenuitem></menuchoice>
to show it.
in musicandphotos a different procedure (that is quicker) is used for this task.
"Click on <guibutton>Import</guibutton>. You should then see a preview of the
photos."

Just noticed that both methods are used in musicandphotos:
Open
<menuchoice><guimenu>Applications</guimenu><guisubmenu>Graphics</guisubmenu><guimenuitem>F-Spot
Photo Manager</guimenuitem></menuchoice> and choose
<menuchoice><guimenu>File</guimenu><guimenuitem>Import</guimenuitem></menuchoice>.
I still sugest that one be picked and used consistantly, prefebably the
easy one, although that means changing two lines.
