This needs a little more work:
* The remaining delta includes the profiled build in debian/rules, that should
be mentioned in changelog
* Maintainer should be set to Ubuntu Developers, not Ubuntu MOTU
* The debian/control merge drops the "Essential: yes" that is now present in
both Ubuntu and Debian
