* Jumps in volume, e g if everything below 20% is muted, and 21% is very
loud.
* Overdriven (distorted sound) if the volume is set above a certain (low)
level
* No volume changes in parts of the range, e g if 20% is just as loud as
70%. "
This is not what I see. My volume is shown at some percent x but is
super loud. When I just "jiggle" the sound control it jumps to where it
should be and is fine for the lifetime of the boot. These "Volume range
anomalies" seem to be more run-time related whereas my issue is a one-
time deal at boot.
