Can you reproduce this bug in the current version of Ubuntu? (you didn't
specify which version you were using).
Also, please try to reproduce the bug, and after a crash and reboot,
include the previous /var/log/syslog and /var/log/dmesg logs to this bug
report, in case we can see what happens.
