Well, the insanity continues.
akonadi.png, the icon used by akonaditray (amongst others I suppose) is part of
oxygen, however is oxygen not one of the xdg fallback icon sets (in fact only
hicolor is), so akonadi.png cannot be found unless KDE and/or oxygen is used.
Solution: move the akonadi icon from oxygen-icons to (e.g.) kdepim-
runtime and install it to hicolor rather than oxygen.
Note: this should be applied upstream.
