Hi Martin, upstream does not publish a changelog which is why I asked
for an upstream rabbitMQ developer to write in this bug report. You can
see the results here, and I think they meet the criteria for bugfixes:

The only thing that could be argued as a new feature is that rabbitmqctl
now has 'list_channels and 'list_consumers' commands. I consider those
low risk and important to get in as they are fixing serious shortcomings
in the ability of a sysadmin to figure out what is going on with a
production rabbitMQ server.
