One solution would be to define a priority in the desktop actions we're
adding and have that used to know which one to display. It's more
brittle and managing preferences at the .desktop level is a nasty game.
In all cases, this is not something that is currently supported by the
dbusmenu comamnd items we ship for Lucid.
