This error indicates that you need to tune you kernel's settings. It is not an
error with postgresql and I'm closing this report.
However, if you're able to reproduce it from a fresh Ubuntu installation (whole
system) then don't hesitate to reopen this report and provide the recipe to
reproduce it.
