David Rubin, It is a dup :)
The cause in Bug #532822 is the same as this , both are due to g-c-c not
detecting the theme layout.
The theme cannot fix it , it needs fixing in g-c-c , since the main bug is in
the right project I have duped it to the main bug.
The reporter just mentioned the background since it "appears" broken.
G-c-c only has a default arrangement menu:min,max,close
Since the order was changed in the light-theme , it appears broken. Fixing in
g-c-c alone will fix this bug.
g-c-c will have to look at the
ButtonLayout=
mentioned in the index.theme to display this properly
