Well you found first bug.
My driver thinks that your card is 4 MB SmartMedia card (this was predecessor
of xD),
But it shares same ID with your card.
For now, find file sm_common.c
and delete line
{"SmartMedia 4MiB 3,3V ROM", 0xd5, 512, 4, 0x2000, NAND_ROM},
