Public bug reported: Binary package hint: empathy
Translating Empathy I had some troubles understanding the following strings, it would be great if a comment could be provided for other translators to clarify these strings: "Show incoming messages in the messaging menu" Located in ../src/empathy-preferences.ui.h:21 The "messaging menu" is the envelope-shaped icon in Ubuntu, located in the Indicator-applet "Initially select given account (eg, gabble/jabber/foo_40example_2eorg0)" Located in ../src/empathy-accounts.c:221 This is a command line option for `empathy-accounts`, to open the "Messaging and VoIP Accounts" dialog with the given account selected. To get the account-id you have to run `mc-tool list` Thanks in advance, feel free to use my explanation of these strings if you think they are good enough Regards ** Affects: empathy (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: Binary package hint: empathy Translating Empathy I had some troubles understanding the following strings, it would be great if a comment could be provided for other translators to clarify these strings: - "Show incoming messages in the messaging menu" - Located in ../src/empathy-preferences.ui.h:21 + Located in ../src/empathy-preferences.ui.h:21 The "messaging menu" is the envelope-shaped icon in Ubuntu, located in the Indicator-applet "Initially select given account (eg, gabble/jabber/foo_40example_2eorg0)" - Located in ../src/empathy-accounts.c:221 + Located in ../src/empathy-accounts.c:221 This is a command line option for `empathy-accounts`, to open the "Messaging and VoIP Accounts" dialog with the given account selected.
