I've tried: - System->settings->keyboard - Right click on Gnome applet - gconf-editor - Modifying configuration file in home directory (.gconf/desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/kbd/%gconf.xml)
The two first are equal, the two last too. On the two first, i changed the default flag in addition to delete the bad layout. In all cases, it works for the session but disappear after each reboot, the old deleted layout has come back by default.
