Sorry, this is impossible due to how the desktop ISO works: it doesn't
contain .debs which debootstrap could use, only a single great big
filesystem corresponding roughly to an installed desktop system.
debootstrap can't be made to use this. It should work when used with an
alternate or server ISO, though.
