It's fixed in Lucid (which includes SeaMonkey 2.0.4). So you can fix it
by upgrading to Kubuntu 10.04.

The other solution is to create a symlink in SeaMonkey plugin directory
pointing to flash plugin in Firefox plugin directory.

I have kubuntu 8.04.  Adobe flash 9 is installed but seamonkey doesn't 
recognize it.
